SAP Russian Roll-Out Project Manager - Moscow - 10-11 Months - ASAP
On behalf of our international customer, an international group leader in their industry sector, we are looking for a SAP Roll-Out Project Manager to join their business and IT transformation programme.
This programme dramatically changing their organisation and will be supported by the roll-out of a new SAP solutions to Russian branch.
This assignment must start ASAP.
As a Local Project Manager, you will be in charge of ensuring the roll-out of the core SAP solution to the Russian branch according to global specifications and guidelines, and the adoption of the solution by the local business teams.
This will imply:
- defining the project planning and methodology
- coordinating the project teams (solution, business, partners and users)
- organising and leading governance instances
- designing, planning and implementing the change management and training initiatives
- managing budget and cost, resources, project's deadlines and milestones, risks, alerts and reporting back to the Programme Manager
You will need to have significant experience in similar roles (Roll-Out project management experience), specifically on important business and IT transformation projects, and preferably on Sales and Finance functional scope. This programme is highly strategic for the customer and its stakes are critical to the organisation. The environment is highly political, which requires a lot of diplomacy, good interpersonal skills and strong capacity to convince.
Skills:
- Senior project management experience (IS/SAP and Business Transformation), Prince2 or PMP certification would be beneficial
- Strong Sales and Distribution/Finance/OTC business acumen
- strong experience in change management methodologies
- excellent communication skills
- English and Russian fluency (mandatory)
Candidates must have the right to work on Russian soil and speak fluent Russian.
The role will be based in Moscow.
It is planned to last for at least 10-11 months
