Our major international client based in Switzerland have a contract opportunity for an IT operations system SAP specialist's to effectively manage & measure SAP system assets, ensure the availability of systems that consider business criticality, as well as assist with user application requests.

The main duties will be:

Support during design and implementation of efficient and effective IT solutions.

Support business- and technical analysts (internal and external) during realization of technical concepts and developments.

Provide coaching and support to the SAP Support team in areas such as user administration, printer administration, job administration, transport management and incident and change management to
meet organizational objectives.

Carry responsibility during the maintenance, monitoring and improvement of the SAP systems.

Recommend, implement and assure compliance with company policy and procedures affecting computing technology.

Respond pro-actively to customer needs and offer excellent customer and service orientation.

Offer irregular or emergency assistance outside the normal business hours.

Following and promoting company wide ethics and compliance standards.

Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.

Incident Management (2nd and 3rd Level Support)
Change Request Management (Internal Support, Transport Management)
Project Management (Execution of IT internal projects or participate as member of projects)

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in SAP Basis (OS Unix/Linux, Oracle, SAP)
Minimum 5 years experience in the IT science
Minimum 3 years experience in project management
Know how in current SAP technologies (R/3, Netweaver, Solution Manager, GRC)
Excellent English (spoken & written), ability to handle conference calls with line & senior management
Ability to work under pressure, multitasking and addressing several items even with challenging deadlines
Ability to address/solve complex topics
Ability to lead/coordinate topics to get on time completion
