This is a fantastic opportunity to work with SAP's dynamic market leading cloud-based HCM Suite.
My client (a consulting organisation) requires an SAP SuccessFactors consultant to work on multiple customer sites across the UK and EMEA, both on site and remotely.
You must have a history of delivering SAP Cloud or on-premise solutions and have a background either as a Project Manager or as a Solutions Architect.
Ideally you will have -
Five or more years of experience in system implementations.
Three or more years delivering one or more of SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud or SAP on-premise solutions.
Proficiency of multiple SuccessFactors products.
Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels in Customer organization (ie, IT, HR, LOB Stakeholders, Executives).
Proficient in functional integration and cross-solution issues.
Has comprehensive track record and experience with complex implementation projects.
Strong understanding of how processes and data flow occurs between SuccessFactors platforms, modules.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Additional languages an advantage but not essential.
