Description
My client based in Germany are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors EC Reporting Specialist. This is a 6 month fully remote contract starting in January and the client will be conducting 1 stage interviews W/C 27th November.The client have just gone live with SAP SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central) in Germany and require this resource to work on the data reporting.
Essential Requirements:
• Fluent English, German beneficial but not required
• Reporting set up experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC
• Data Analyst skills – someone who can look at the EC data and extract insights
• Python or SQL experience
• Experience dealing with HR metrics would be beneficial
