Description
SAP Successfactors Program Manager required for required for Singapore Contract.
We are looking for a world class SuccessFactors Program Manager for an exciting new project in Singapore. This contract is available to start now through to August 2019.
1. Background
a. Our client will be implementing an Enterprise Transformation program covering Finance, HR, Purchasing and Expense Management globally
b. To lead the implementation of a full Suite of HCM modules including EC, Talent, Compensation & Variable Pay, On-boarding and WFA
2. Tasks
a. To lead the overall program, coordinating activities across the various functional streams
3. Timeline
a. Pre-project (Dec 2017) - planning and preparation activities to fully define the scope, timelines and activities
b. Project Launch - Jan 2018
c. Project completion - Aug 2019
d. on-site in Singapore with some trips to London
4. Skillset Expectation
a. Talent should have implementation experience with large, global projects with Multinational Companies
b. Program Director does not necessarily need SF experience but should have strong Program & Stakeholder management skills and proven ability to manage multiple work-streams simultaneously however SF experience is a distinct advantage
c. Strong leadership and team management skills
d. Excellent communication skills
e. Asian experience would be a plus as would be working a part of a larger SAP wide program.
5. Scope
a. Working as part of team of consultants and architects to design, develop and deliver the solution
b. Follow the activate methodology
c. Integrate into the other poject streams as part of the overall transformation program for customer
d. As part of the overall program the team will also work with other partners and vendors
