Description
SAP Support Analyst- Remote required by leading organisation based remotely.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in IT support function
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance or Computer Science/Information Technology
- English language (intermediate+)
- Business communication skills
- Knowledge of IT technologies: MS SharePoint, SAP (1st level support: access and roles), IT Service Portal, MS Excel and Project
- High accurate, attention to details.
- Analytical mindset & detail oriented
- Customer service focus and attitude
- Knowledge of OCM and basics of Project Management
