Role and Responsibilities:
This senior position will provide operational support functions and activities in both Engagement and Deployment Support. You will assist in supporting Premium Engagements to ensure delivery excellence based on AGS best practices and methodologies, and to ensure value is delivered to our customers.
As a member of the core team with application background, you are expected to provide E2E support for One Service projects - from reviewing opportunities and scoping, to validation of effort estimates and performing project quality gate reviews.
Responsibilities include:
E2E Support for One Service including:
Responsible for reviewing One Service project scope and evaluating best practice fit based on model company
Serve as functional expert for Best Practice solutions
Review proposed application architecture
Review implementation effort for all topics that are not covered by best practices and validating effort estimate for the overall project
Proactive evaluation of Engagement KPI's and call out potential risks or issues
Coordinate support by leading effort to:
Identify potential risks for the engagement
Develop and propose action plan
Follow-up and coordinate top issue resolution
Provide management visibility by effectively communicating engagement challenges or critical showstoppers to management using available delivery and reporting infrastructure (CRM, BCP, etc.)
