Description

SAP Transition Manager wanted for our client in Zurich.

Your tasks:
  • Managing the transition to the new SAP Service Provider in collaboration with the supplier, the IT and SAP teams
  • Performing risk and escalation management during the transition
  • Implementing regular processes like the report process of SLA/KPI's and demand management process between the internal SAP organization and the service provider
  • Assuring compliance with internal validation and compliance requirements
  • Identifying areas for improvement concerning the cooperation with the supplier as well as support and business processes


Your experience/skills:
  • Deep experience of SAP
  • Knoledge of ITIL
  • Several years of Transition Management experience
  • Ability to manage solution provider
  • Familiarity with global organizations
  • Willingness to travel globally 50%
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
