Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Consultant with German language skills to join our team in Poland. The consultant will work on SAP VIM implementation, enhancement, and support projects for German-speaking clients and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with OpenText VIM for SAP, good knowledge of SAP FI/AP processes, and the ability to communicate effectively in German and English.
Duration: 6 Months & extension is possible
- Design, configure, implement, and support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from German-speaking business stakeholders.
- Configure VIM invoice-processing and approval workflows.
- Support PO and non-PO invoice processing, validation, exception handling, approval, parking, and posting.
- Integrate VIM with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Work closely with SAP FI/AP, MM, Workflow, and technical/ABAP teams.
- Analyze and resolve VIM incidents, defects, and production issues.
- Support VIM enhancements, change requests, testing, and releases.
- Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Support go-live, hypercare, and production activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve invoice automation and Accounts Payable processes.
- Communicate with German-speaking clients and stakeholders.
