Role : SAS Expert
Location: Krakow/Warsaw, Poland - (1 day/Month office)
Type: Contract
Job Description
Scope of Project:
· Rationalization and conversion of files to supported formats (e.g., Parquet, Altair WPD)
· Partitioning and loading large datasets into Hive, Teradata, or PostgreSQL
· Development and validation of data migration pipelines and code compatibility
· Setup of parallel run and production environments, including data sync and switchover
Required Skills & Experience:
· 5+ years of experience in SAS development, and analytics across domains.
· Strong hands-on expertise in SAS Base and Advanced SAS programming.
· Proficient in SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS DI Studio, and SAS E-Miner.
· Solid experience in SQL for data manipulation and integration with SAS.
· Proven track record in code migration, optimization, and performance tuning across environments.
· Skilled in troubleshooting SAS jobs and resolving code issues efficiently.
· Exposure to data analytics projects with large-scale datasets.
· Experienced in writing, testing, and validating SAS programs with a focus on quality and compliance.
· Role requires to handle Business Units independently during migration.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
