- SC Cleared 3rd Line Engineer - Management Exp
- Peterborough - some travel may be required to Kings Lynne
- 3 month contract
- Up to £225 per day
- Work a shift rotation, to cover 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks a year excluding Bank holidays.
My client is looking for a SC Cleared IT Engineer to support their busy team up to 3rd line level, with will be supporting Windows, 365, Apple and Android products. In this role, you will be providing service for desktop, mobile and peripherals support staff for both break-fix and installation activities. You will be required to travel and support visits. You must have very good clear communication skills and demonstrate a methodical approach to problem solving, and be able to multi-task a mixture of project, and support related tasks.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience of supporting users in IT environment with technical knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically Windows 7 and 10.
- Be able to deliver training, advice and guidance to users
- Experience in providing support to customers face to face
- Proven experience and knowledge of MS Office packages, specifically Office 2013
- Proven experience and knowledge of Apple & Android mobile devices and MDM.
- Proven experience with printer, scanner and peripherals support
- Proven experience of supporting end user Telephony systems.
- Proven experience and knowledge of LAN cabling/WiFI Systems.
