SC Cleared IT Helpdesk Team Leader - Glasgow - 6 months+

An opportunity has arisen for an SC Cleared IT Helpdesk Team Leader based near Glasgow on an initial 6-month contract.
My client is seeking a confident and motivated leader who will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of the team (around 10 staff) and be able to motivate and maintain excellent service levels.
The overall team is responsible for IT, Software and Network service tickets with a strong emphasis on first time resolution and customer support.
Hours will be shift based 08:00 - 18:00, Inside IR35 (via Umbrella) and be predominantly onsite with some remote work being possible.
