Agile Software Development Project Manager (SC Cleared)
WFH (initially) - London OR Bristol (Post Covid - 2 days per week)
6 month contract
£425 - £500 per day (depending on experience)

Concept Resourcing are looking for an SC Cleared Project Manager (agile software development) to join a Central Government client based in London OR Bristol (working from home initially full time).
The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for end to end agile software development project delivery through professional and effective project management, ensuring project objectives and deliverables are aligned with programme benefits, appropriately reviewed, governed and signed-off.
This is an initial 6 month contract Outside IR35. Day rates are negotiable Dependent on experience.
* CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A CURRENT AND VALID SC CLEARANCE AT A MINIMUM FOR THIS ROLE.*
The ideal candidate must have the following experience & knowledge;
- Programme delivery knowledge of Oracle, JAVA, REDHAT, Angular, Bootstrap, NEO4J, Elastic & Sharepoint to lead an Agile practitioners.
- Understand, articulate and leverage agile project management methods, for 3rd party agile software development.
- Leading 3rd party agile software development teams and Agile Project Management qualified
- Significant and demonstrable experience of managing 3rd party agile software development projects to non-IT business users (agile software development not infrastructure projects).
- Formal professional project management qualification(s), MSP and Prince2 (Practitioner)
- ITIL methods and Change Management
- Previous Government experience and an active/valid SC Clearance.
