Description

The Service Engineer is required to act as the facilitator between the Architecture team standing up the Remedy tool to the Service Management ITIL Process team gathering requirements. 

You will be required to gather and document requirements for the Remedy tool configuration and provide this to the Architecture team. The successful candidate will work with the Service Management work stream to ensure the Policy, Process and Procedure are documented accordingly in order to deliver standard Remedy tool set in line with ITIL V3.0.
