The Bridge IT are currently recruiting for a contract Scala - Developer - working in a heavy agile environment. TDD - BDD - Agile.
This contract is based in Leeds city centre, my client client has an immediate need for a number of contract Scala Developers to start ASAP. As a Scala Developer you'll be knowledgeable and passionate about technology, enjoy pairing with other smart people and use agile to ensure your projects success - this contract is 12 months.
Your Skills
- Experience developing Scala
- Develop excellent quality software using agile techniques such as Test Driven Development and Pair Programming
- Knowledge and experience of a wide range of best of breed open source and commercial technologies
- Experience of software development for high capacity, high traffic, high availability websites/systems
- You are an advocate of TDD, BDD and Agile principles (Scrum and XP)
- You love getting involved in all parts of the development process, collaborating closely in a cross-functional team.
- You are creative and keen to push forward internal development through participating in guilds, sharing knowledge and keeping on top of
