A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Scheduler with my client who is a leading UK based global financial organisation based in the City and at Canary Wharf. We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, possess a good eye for detail and previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
- Contacting users by telephone to schedule global desktop & account migrations
- Maintain accurate deployment & migration data in JAS
- Send relevant Programme communications to users at the relevant times
- Manage BAU signoff process
- Manage the Programme Scheduling and Communications Mailboxes
- Liaise with key stakeholders with regards to customer queries & scheduling issues
The ideal candidates will possess the following key skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Microsoft Outlook skills
- Organisational and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good general IT literacy
