Role: School IT Support Engineer (Field Engineer)
Duration: 24 Months Extending
Location: South East London
Rate: £90 per day
IR35: INSIDE - must operate via Umbrella
A School IT Support Engineer is required in South East London to provide support to staff and students across a number of schools. We are looking for an ICT Engineer who is approachable and proactive in their activities, with previous IT support experience.
Essential Experience - School ICT Support Engineer
- Office 365 - administration, user management
- MS Teams
- SharePoint
- Mobile device management (MDM)
- Windows desktop imaging (WDS, MDT, SCCM etc.)
- Windows Server 2016, 2019 environment
- Active Directory - Group Policies
Desirable Experience - School ICT Support Engineer
- School/Education experience
- DBS Cleared
- VLAN
- Virtualisation
- Networking
- London Grid for Learning (LGFL)
- G-Suite
- Jamf
The successful School 1st/2nd Line Engineer will ideally already hold valid DBS Enhanced clearance, however they are willing to consider candidates who need to undergo the clearance.
