Due to the nature of the work and the urgency of the start date current SC or DV level clearance is required.
Smartsourcing have a high profile urgent need for a SCOM Engineer/SCOM Specialist on behalf of a major client.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous proven capability in the following areas:
Hands-on experience as a design lead with full life cycle experience implementing ITSM solutions
Experience in working with technical and non-technical stakeholders for requirements and configuration definition
Strong experience with supporting ICT life cycle and operational methodologies such as ITIL
Implementation experience with on-prem and cloud environments including support for operations
Extensive hands-on experience implementing, tailoring, and tuning SCOM in medium to large programs is essential
Experience with data and system interfacing/integration to support information
Telephone interviews will take place.
