Scrum Master - Middleware
Great opportunity to have a leading influential role in shaping the Scrum process in this leading global organization.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analyst, Development and Test Engineering resources to help deliver best solutions for Middleware development organization. Applications will be focused on API development, SOA, RESTful systems and you must be able to build further collaboration for and adoption of the Scrum process and its long term value to the organization. Keeping all associates well informed of development progress as well as change in delivery is critical to your success. Ability to remove roadblocks and solve problems is expected. You will also need to track the project metrics and document best practices and have great knowledge of the tools associated.
This is a great long term contact opportunity with a high energy fun organization. Central perimeter location.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelors degree in IT related discipline
- 5+ years of Project Management
- 2+ years as an Agile Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Master
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communication, facilitation and problem solving skills
- Experience managing projects with API Development, SOA, Microservices technologies
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects in scope and within budget using Scrum process
Preferred Skills:
- Kanban, Safe or other Frameworks
- Agile best practice
