Description
My client based in the Frankfurt area are looking for a mid-level Scrum Master (3 years’ experience) to begin a role as soon as possible. This would be an freelance/consulting requirement from April until EOY with a requirement for 20 hours per week. The rate we have available for this position is 60 – 70EUR per hour.The team is set up as a product team running in agile. As they are using the Scrum framework as their development ways the team is in need for a Scrum Master. You are expected to provide an outside-in view that will help the team reach new levels of maturity.
Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• Scrum certification would be beneficial
• Fluent English essential, German would be beneficial
• Pharmaceutical experience a bonus but not required
• Located in the Frankfurt area would be beneficial (1 day every 3 weeks on-site)
