Description
Our client is a leading Financial Services firm currently in the process of going through a large Merger & Acquisition and are building a team to ensure everything is delivered on time.
The manager has stressed that he needs a number of Scrum Masters to come on board, with a strong background within Life & Pensions.
The candidates must have extensive experience within the following - Merger & Acquisitions, Integration and have worked within an agile environment.
The role will face off to a number of senior level stakeholders, so it's essential that the candidates have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key requirements:
- At least 3 years experience working as a Scrum Master within Life & Pensions
- Extensive experience within Mergers & Acquisitions
- Strong experience within Integrations
- Previous experience working on propositions
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
