Our client is currently looking for that Dynamic Scrum Coach Manager in Software Development in a consulting role that brings a wealth of Scrum experience, knowledge, and passion combined with an effective managerial soft touch dealing with high calibre engineers. Your Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and evangelism of Scrum and Agile processes
- Shape Development toward Continuous Delivery
- Guide a community of Scrum practitioners and advocates so proficiency in Agile becomes a deep advantage in how we deliver breakthrough innovation
- Coaching the teams
- Hands-on mentorship of Scrum teams
- Manage Engineers and Scrum Masters
- Pursue cross-functional, self-organizing teams aligned with Agile and Scrum values and principles
- Measuring success of the program in terms of adoption of good Scrum practices, software quality and most importantly, the resulting cycle time improvement
- Implementing the rhythm of Scrum
- Communication of WHY scrum, not just the mechanics
- Development of artifacts that radiates information for maximizing good decision-making
- Build in Development a DevOps mentality and deeply collaborative relationship with Operations
Your Qualifications/Experience:
- Passionate about delivering high quality, valuable software and systems
- 5+ years as an Agile practitioner including Scrum mentor and/or coach. Experience must include holding the role of Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Scrum team member
- Experience with startup Scrum - scaling, not just Scrum of Scrums
- Flexibility and passion to thrive in a fast-paced, informal startup environment.
- Enthusiastic leadership in the Scrum community
- Courageous and able to demonstrate healthy conflict resolution skills
- Great listener that helps influence crucial conversations for the good of all
- Excellent communication skills
- Certification as a CSM or CSPO preferred, CSP or CSC is a plus
