Security Consultant / Cyber Consultant

My client is a dealing with a substantial period of change which has resulted in an opportunity for a Security Consultant.

It is vital that you have extensive experience with security architecture and design.

This will be an initial 3 months contract but it is likely to extend.

Requirements & Daily Duties:

- Complex Penetration Testing

- Security Monitoring, Services Provision

- Technical Audits and Risk Assessments

- Forensics and Incident Management

- Leading engagements of third party security

- Managing Risk of ISO

- Technical Security Remediation and Risk Treatment Plans

- Translating Security Policies into Solutions

- Proactively analysing Security Issues

- Ensuring systems are supported

Frameworks:
- Data Protection Act 1998

- FSA Regulations
- ISO

- PCI DSS

- ITIL

- ISF Good Practise Guide

Certifications:

- CISSP or CISM or CISA or equivalent

Location: Newcastle
