Description
The Security Officer IDB is responsible for ensuring a consistent and adequate level of security for IDB, in compliance with Bank Security policies, the IDB security guidelines and the relevant local laws and regulations. Next to this the Security Officer IDB is responsible for Incident handling and escalation (of security incidents), Risk Management, and Awareness development.
When required the Security Officer IDB participates in Functional and Technical Architecture validation. The Security Officer IDB performs or initiates and supervises security assessments (including security testing) on systems used or on (potential) vendors providing services to IDB. Furthermore, the Security Officer will work closely with IDB's hosting vendor Schuberg Philis and the WRR security departments (GSO, GSOC). The function require risk and incident administration and assessment planning tasks as well.
Required experience
5 years or more working experience in an IT function
5 years or more experience in an Information Security position
In-depth knowledge of ISO/IEC 27002:2005, preferably with a previous implementation experience
Proven ability to understand and apply risk management processes
Previous experience in the Financial Services industry
High integrity professional, must live the Security values
Strong personality, with good inter-personal skills
Legislative and Regulatory knowledge
CISSP accreditation required
