Description
The objective of the project is to ensure the successful implementation of measures defined across other project areas.
We are looking for a Program Lead and Project Coordination / PMO Support (m/f/d)
The project involves the coordination of activities related to:
SOC Operations & Transformation: SOC operations, detection optimization and SOC transformation initiatives.
Investigations & Controls: Security investigations, root-cause analysis and the implementation of countermeasures and controls.
Governance & Reporting: Governance documentation, reporting structures and GRC activities based on ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.
Start: asap
Duration: Minimum 3 months, with an option to extend up to 12 months
Workload: 100% (Full-time)
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Remote: Not possible – 100% on-site
Languages: Fluent English (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate defined measures into a structured project plan.
- Coordinate and track project workstreams.
- Manage project dependencies and risks.
- Handle escalations.
- Provide regular status reporting to the client and management.
- Act as an interface with client teams.
Must-have Requirements:
- Experience as a Project Manager (m/f/d) or Program Manager (m/f/d) with a security background.
- Experience in large-scale projects within the financial services sector.
- Experience in stakeholder management at executive level.
- Willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
