We are seeking a top notch project manager that can follow our implementation methodology, communicate effectively with our customers, and co-manage with our customers the implementation of IFS Applications. You will be planning, scheduling and utilizing a team of experienced consultants.This role is one where you also get participate in every size of implementation project. You will represent ProV to position best practices managing deliverables, budgets, risk and schedules. You will be a leader assisting the team with solution definition, knowledge transfer, change management and process re-engineering.

This person will have at their disposal IFS’ extensive resource network, industry leading software solutions, and reach back to the subject matter experts required to be successful. This position has a direct impact on ensuring we maintain the high level of customer satisfaction and ability for reference we’ve built our reputation on.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify customer expectations and verify they are satisfied and aligned with project scopes
• Maintain regular communication and resolve issues with customers
• Ensure that all project deliverables are on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure 100% positive customer outcomes
• Coordinate project closure with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
• Monitor project health for reporting and escalating status to management as needed
• Reconcile proposal documents against customer purchase orders (scope, price, terms, schedule)
• Manage relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Confirm, communicate and monitor project resources, project product plans, and project financial plans
• Setup internal business systems (resources, invoice schedule, etc.)
• Coordinate and/or attend appropriate project meetings
• Balance project risk and uncertainty through risk management and mitigation plans
• Travel to on-site customer engagements approximately 50% of typical work week

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work on a team including gathering and disseminating detailed information
• Provide excellent communications skills internal and externally, orally and written
• Have the desire for continual training and education
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external customers
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in one of the IFS module a plus
• Proven ability to maintain high customer service and satisfaction
• High computer application literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal business systems
• Willingness to travel to other geographies based on project needs
