Replogic was founded in 2016. We are building a B2B platform that uses analytics and collaboration tools to modernize the wholesale sales process for companies across the United States. We are fully funded, and with your help, we’re ready to build a great company.We’ve been working with thoughtbot in New York City, and we are looking for a designer that can shape our product before our official launch and lead our design evolution thereafter. We are looking for a strategic thinker that will work with the thoughtbot team and Replogic’s founders, helping to design our platform from the ground up.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5-years experience designing beautiful and engaging websites and software products
- Exceptional HTML and CSS skills
- Strong visual design sense
- Ability to create effective prototypes, wireframes and mockups to communicate design concepts
- Experience with Agile software development
- Experience as a design team lead
- Desire and ability to contribute to the strategic vision and culture of an early-stage startup
- Has experience facilitating usability tests, and synthesizing the results into an actionable backlog
