Actuary Senior
Location: Fenchurch, London
Rate: Negotiable
Duration is to be confirmed.
This role is being advertised on behalf of our multinational finance and insurance client, with operations in more than 80 countries and jurisdictions.This senior finance actuarial position will assist in some of AEL's reserving process.
This includes:
- Assist in maintaining the reserving process and working on AEL's Business as Usual roll forward analysis
- Assist in the production of key reserving MI for senior stakeholders
- Assist the reserving team in relevant documentation and evidencing of controls for the Q4 reserving process.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mathematics/Actuarial Science
- Qualified member of an Actuarial Institute
- Proven proficiency in actuarial concepts/methodologies
- Ability to communicate to variety senior stakeholders within the business
- Ability to work under own initiative, be proactive and show flexibility to meet business needs
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise own work
- Professional behaviour with high level of integrity
