Omschrijving Senior Agile Team Coach (QR2831):
Agile team coach who will coach newly created DevOps teams. The coach will support the implementation of the Agile practices within the teams. Agile team coach works closely with other team coaches, product owners and scrum masters to develop and perform activities allowing skills development for team members and improvement of development processes. The role of the team coach is to share his experience and observations with all team members and to make sure that the best practices are being used.
Knowledge / experience Senior Agile Team Coach (QR2831):
Team coaches have experience in project or team management, whether traditional or Agile. In order to be able to meet their challenges, team coaches must be self-sufficient, versatile, passionate and dynamic. They must show diplomatic skills. Also, they must have facilitation skills as well as the ability to resolve conflicts.
Language Senior Agile Team Coach (QR2831):
NL and EN written and spoken.
Implement the Software Asset Management function, including tooling to support the reporting capability.
Profile Senior Agile Team Coach (QR2831):
- Carry out Agile coaching in DevOps teams;
- Help teams implement Agile approaches/practices;
- Coaches team to help them familiarize with their role;
- Remain at the leading-edge of Agile development practices and contribute to their spreading
