The present contract concerns development, maintenance and documentation tasks in the area of both data extraction and reports production:
- Analysis and design
- Construction
- Design, preparation and execution of tests
- Preparation of deployment
- Draft of the technical documentation
- Draft of user documentation
- Provision of 3rd level user support

Monitoring of exploitation
The main technology used for the project is Business Objects.Enterprise Architects is used for the UML-based use case documentation. The required profile is the Senior Analyst-programmer profile, compliant with the specification in the framework contract, with specific expertise in BOXI and BODS.
Knowledge and experience with the following are an asset:
- Oracle RDBMS and PL/SQL
- Data migration
- Interest and skills in gaining knowledge on business procedures and processes
- Documentation drafting skills
- RUP methodology
