Description
Responsibilities:Oversight of project automation management, including project planning and progress tracking.
Crafting the electrical and automation elements entails formulating safety strategies, choosing components, and drafting circuit diagrams.
Engaging in PLC programming and crafting user interfaces based on system functional specifications and bespoke company criteria.
Executing system commissioning both in-house and at client sites, covering Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing.
Extensive travel required, domestically and internationally, including visits to Switzerland and beyond.
Drafting comprehensive technical documentation for installations, encompassing functional specifications, user guides, and compliance documents such as IQ/OQ/PQ/HDS/SDS/FDS.
Delivering technical assistance internally and to clients specifically tailored to automation concerns.
Requirements:
Engineer in "Automation" (Technician HF, Bachelor or Master) or equivalent.
At least 7 years of experience in industrial automation
Good knowledge of German and English (B2-C1). French is desirable.
Proficiency in programming Siemens controllers and HMIs on TIA Portal.
Good organisational skills, analytical and synthetic thinking.
Knowledge of GAMP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practices) is an advantage.
