Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate as part of a global team delivering technology solutions to support a range of major, high priority regulatory and business driven initiatives.
Partner with Business, Development, QA and UAT teams - both within the group and in external teams
Requirements gathering and documentation: - Functional Specs, Use cases, Data Flows
Supporting QA and UAT efforts
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Core:
Degree/Masters or equivalent experience.
7+ years of business analysis experience in the financial sector ideally investment banking
Excellent client facing inter-personal skills
Strong written and oral communications skills
Solid analytical skills with an ability to think through problems
Needs to be self motivated, operate on own initiative while keeping management informed.
Problem solver/Solution provider
Desirable:
Good understanding of financial products (Equities, Bonds, OTC derivatives)
Good understanding of regulatory reporting/environment, Liquidity, Counterparty Credit risk and/or Market risk.
SQL skills and data analysis a plus.
Experience of project life cycle; Also experience in an Agile development environment
