They are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will provide a number of critical functions across various divisions including Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Solutions & Services.
This particular Senior Business Analyst role will have a key focus on the Order Management and CRM /Customer Care application (based on Siebel 7.8) and you must have experience in this area to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new solutions or enhancements through scope definition, business requirements, translation into functional or process design and business-based testing for strategic programs.
- Assume and build Order Management and CRM subject matter expertise by becoming the main point of contact for functional and non-functional change requirements and/or as part of a project core team
- Integrate Order Management program into operational
- Change Request (CR)/Defect (IR) Management and Release Management
- E2E business analysis including scoping, change requirement definition, gap analysis, functional/process design, testing and implementation planning
- In-house training and Knowledge transfer to Support team
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business or related business discipline/s
- Minimum 5 years experience in business analysis within a large Telco or similar domains.
- Solid experience in structured Business Analysis methodologies including process and functional design particularly in the CRM and Order Management space (Siebel would be ideal).
- Proven ability to conduct workshops and chair meetings with stakeholder management.
- Ability to work within a large organisation and in a highly structured environment.
- Ability to translate and communicate complex technical concepts into business speak.
