Description
My client, in the public sector, are looking for a Senior BA for a FTC, based in Wexford.
Duties:
- Definitions of Business processes As Is' - To Be' - define, communicate, and validate business user requirements for changes to business processes, policies, system integration and information systems.
- Testing procedures
- Documentation - Document and communicate in clear and comprehensible terms, both in English and diagrammatic format, business requirements,
- Change management process - successful candidates will be expected to have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to identify situations where early change management will be required.
Job requirements:
- Be able to translate' documented business requirements to functional and non-functional specifications
- A proven ability to define requirements (both functional and non-functional) for Legacy and/or developing systems,
- A demonstrated ability of working in a development environment - Familiar with Agile, TOGAF, ITIL or other Architecture/Development frameworks.Experienced using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Familiarity with the technology platforms used by the Agency (primarily CRM Dynamics, Team Foundation Server, SharePoint)
- Spatial analysis (DESIRABLE)
- Five (5) plus years of Business Analysis experience in a corporate or public sector environment
- Qualification in Environmental Science or a comparable qualification
