Senior Business Analyst - Banking - Contract - London - £450A Senior Business Analyst is required to lead the delivery of the 'Day 1' Business Operating Model (BOM) on the development of a new 'stand-alone' bank form my client. This role will bring together multiple elements of the Operating Model to outline how the day 1 Future Payment Services Function will work, and will challenge and improve the current design including support on the resolution of any gaps.
This Business Analyst will act as the key interface for stakeholders from both my client and the new standalone bank, including the Product, Operations Testing, Implementation and Risk representatives. The ideal Analyst will have experience taking the initiative, leading teams in the control of the designs and solutions for all aspects of the BOM.

- Extensive Banking exposure
- History working within Business/Operational Change - provision of Business and Target operating models
- Extensive Change exposure - ideally in operations
- Provision of MI strategy and documentation
- Experience leading teams of BAs - setting standards
- Excellent communication and Inter-personal skills
- Excellent Senior stakeholder management
This role is offering a 6 month rolling contract and a daily rate of up to £450 per day is signed off for the right candidate based on previous experience and relevant experience for the position. If this role is of interest, please respond with your updated CV
