Our client, a well-known Fortune 500 company, is in need of two Sr. Business Systems Analysts for a 9+ month contract position on their Infrastructure Project Delivery Team at their location in Colorado Springs. Multiple projects are planned and all projects will be focused on the implementation of packaged systems or new infrastructure with Network, Storage or Telecom components. Experience with the implementation of vendor solutions/systems, rather than internal application development projects, will be important in this role! Apply today!Required:
Proficient at Requirements Elicitation, Requirement Management, and Use Case Modeling
Experience with project stakeholder management and within general project management
Experience with the Waterfall System Development Methodology and iterative-methodologies similar to Agile
Experience with implementation of vendor solutions/systems rather than internal-application development projects
Familiarity with infrastructure technologies (Network, Telecom, Storage Systems, Mainframe, Operational Reporting, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with peers, business partners, customers, project managers, testing team, and management
Strong organization skills with the ability to work on and lead multiple projects and/or assignments simultaneously
Strong analytical background
Experience as a systems analyst, business systems analyst, or business analyst aligned to a technology platform
Experience with infrastructure projects
Experience with multiple project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, SCRUM, and Kanban
Plusses:
Knowledgeable/experienced in Quality Center, ALM, TFS (most desirable) or other requirements management tools
Familiarity with IIBA/BABOK
