Description
The JM Group is working with a large Financial Services client who require a Senior Buyer on a contract basis in Nottingham.
The key responsibilities of the Senior Buyer will be to work across EMEA conducting Generalist Buyer activities across categories.
The ideal Senior Buyer will have the following key skills and experience:
*5+ years' experience as a Buyer
*Strong experience buying across different categories/industries
*Excellent negotiation skills and business acumen
*Proficient at analysing numerical and non-numerical data
*Able to manage global and local projects
*Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
*Strong presentation skills
*Excellent Administration skills
*Understanding of Commercial Law - Contractual Law including risks and drafting experience
*Effectively manage RFPs, auctions and contract pipelines
*CIPS qualified (Beneficial)
*Oracle, Ariba and Sharepoint experience (Beneficial)
