Description
Senior Communications, Media & PR Officer (Digital, Internal, External) required for initial 2-3-month contract for key public sector client based to the West of Glasgow (Paisley)
Our client requires an experienced Communications, Media and PR professional who will provide press and media liaison, communications and marketing strategy and campaigns, print and design, branding, social media and web and Intranet support.
Essential Skills
- Experience of dealing with incoming and outgoing stories between journalists and the client
- Extensive PR and writing experience - predominantly media relations and communications
- Extensive knowledge of media (both traditional and electronic)
- Strong team player, able to work collaboratively in a large team
- Able to lead of projects and manage multiple deadlines
Desirable
- Post graduate degree or professional or equivalent training
- The ability to understand and interpret accounts and finance systems
