Description
Excellent opportunity for a Contracts manager to work with a joint venture between 8 global oil and gas companies. Responsible for managing large complex contracts. Based in Norway however some travel to the US every 3 - 6 months will be required.Role:
-To develop contract strategies for the Subsea Well Response Project
-To develop contract tactics for individual contracts (FEED, EPC, EPCM, etc)
-To develop Invitation to Tenders (ITTs) for individual contracts (FEED, EPC, EPCM, etc)
-To evaluate the bids submitted and make award recommendations
-To prepare final contract document
-To execute post award contract management
-Managing current contracts
-Reviewing new contracts
-Managing contractors
-Negotiating and reviewing deviations within contracts
Required
Self-starter, independent contract manager with a minimum of 8 - 10 years managing contracts
Knowledge of managing large complex contracts
Law degree / CIPS desired
