Responsibilities:
- Provide market insight and influence: insight into customer support services and research trends and market segments space and effective transfer to market services business understanding.
- Support market expansion and talk to CxO: as Customer Support services Speaker, safe operation and maintenance level thematic dialogue with customers, establish communication channels with Top customer; support top project development, communication, customer benchmarking project off single.
- The value of demand identification: Get target customer pain points related business and demand for services, identify the value of the point and effective analysis, transfer and promote the project.
- Leading business and design: leading customer support in the field of business model optimization, architecture design services solutions, continuing to enhance the competitiveness of solutions.
- Traction to enhance service competitiveness: Participation customer support service delivery capacity-building reference benchmark for the industry to promote the delivery of the program, operation and maintenance tools, and other construction efficiency baseline.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a science, business or telecommunications discipline.
- 10 + years of relevant work experience (from SAP, IBM, Oracle, etc. preferred).
- Master the basics of ICT, telecommunication networks and services basics.
- Have knowledge of telecommunications and ICT operation and maintenance of operational areas.
- Familiar with the telecommunications industry, understanding 3GPP, TMF and other industry norms.
- Familiar with customer support services solutions, delivery, sales-related knowledge.
- Related business experience with the field of ICT operation and maintenance of telecommunications operators
- More than 8 years of ICT industry technical background and customer support related work experience, eTom, ITIL certification is preferred.
- Relevant work experience at least 5 years of operation and maintenance in the field of sales, solutions delivery, etc.
- Fluent English in reading and writing.
- Overseas project delivery experience preferred.
- Good communication skills, be able to conduct business exchanges and communication with customers Operations Director.
- Good at learning, initiative and responsibility, have a good sense of teamwork, able to lead the team under pressure.
