My Client is recruiting for an experienced Senior Data Architect. The company is a well known, recognised leading brand in their market and this is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join a market leading business.
Role
An opportunity exists for a bright and enthusiastic Data Architect to work within the International Regulatory Strategic Program team in Dublin. The role will be for the build out of the New International Strategic platform for regulatory reporting and capital management.
Job Details:
We are looking for a specialist in Data Architecture. The successfully candidate will work closely with the project team and will take on the ownership and responsibility for designing, creating, deploying and managing the project data architecture. The Data Architect will be responsible for defining on the how the data is stored, consumed, integrated and managed across different flow within the application.
This exciting role is well suited to a data architect with a keen interest in financial services. It offers opportunities to learn about technologies used in investment banking delivering large international scale solutions.
Essential
- Experiences in database, data warehouse, transaction processing and Business Intelligence infrastructure technology solutions.
- Able to act as a trusted advisor and recommend actionable data architecture solutions to the project management team.
- Define and drive adoption of data management and Datamodelling processes
- Enforce adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.
Desirable
- Financial Services/Investment Banking Industry background
- Oracle
- Experience of working within an agile (KANBAN) development
- Multithreading development
