A market leading medical device company in Illinois is searching for Senior design engineer to be involved in full product development lifecycle of a medical device product. This is a 6 month contract that has a strong likelihood of either being extend our turning into a full time position. The hourly rate for the opportunity is $65-$85 per hour.My client, a global medical device company, is looking for a Senior Design Engineer to be involved in design FMEA and risk analysis. The ideal candidate will have the following background:
- Bachelors Degree of higher within either Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years Medical Device Industry experience
- Full Product Development lifecycle experience
- Advanced product design experience
- Strong track record in FMEA
- Proven background in Risk Analysis (Design Risk or Medical Risk)
