Role: Senior development Engineer in Electrical Engineering
Employment Type: Contract/Freelance
Duration: 6 Months +
Rate: Competitive (Hourly)


This position as a freelancer requires expertise in electrical systems with power electronics, encompassing circuit topologies, components, and control mechanisms, will be crucial. Bring your methodological knowledge in complex technical system development, and experience with CAE tools like MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, EAGLE, and SPICE. This opportunity requires you to be on site 2 days a week. Being Bilingual in German and English is also a must.

Key Responsibilities:

- analysis of requirements/customer requirements for feasibility in terms of performance, interfaces and costs.
- Cooperative development of specifications with our customers.
- Participation in the preparation of offers
- Development of initial solution concepts for complex customer requests, taking into account existing product
architectures
- Development of specifications for complex customer requests, taking into account possible risks in new developments.
- Creation of convincing technical descriptions for successful project acquisition.
- Plan the validation and verification (V&V) activities of the product.

Requirements:

- Successfully completed studies (Master/Diploma) in the field of electrical engineering/mechatronics or a comparable
field
- Relevant knowledge and several years of professional experience in the development and integration of electrical
systems with power electronics (e.g. in the field of circuit topologies, components, control and regulation)
- Very good methodological knowledge in development processes for complex technical systems.
- Experience in the use of CAE tools (e.g. MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, EAGLE, SPICE)
