Description
My client is currently putting together a team of up to 10 developers for a large development project based in Barcelona. In order to achieve their desired objectives they need a Senior Development Team Leader/Junior Project Manager with experience in C/C++, Java, PHP and Linux to head up this team.
The initial remit is to be heavily involved in putting the team together, including reviewing CVs, conducting technical interviews and liaising with the CTO to accomplish this. Moving forward you will be involved in planning of work packages, functional and technical requirements, writing, issuing and allocating tickets, capacity planning, resource planning and project management.
The ideal person will come from a heavily technical background where they had to develop excellent communication skills and the ability to deal directly with senior management.
