? Location: El Pueblito, Corregidora (CSLS), Mexico

We are looking for an experienced Electrical / Electro-Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear / Switchboard Design and Manufacturing.
? Key Responsibilities:• Design and review MV switchgear/control gear electrical systems, including three-line diagrams, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Interpret General Arrangement, Front View, and Internal View drawings for MV switchboards.
• Develop and review wiring diagrams for CTs, VTs, CPTs, protective relays, metering devices, terminals, and control components.
• Select electrical components, wire sizes, terminals, wire markers, and labels based on engineering specifications.
• Review BOMs, specifications, schematics, and technical documentation to resolve electrical design issues.
• Perform quality checks of power and control circuits against three-line and schematic drawings.
• Manage redlines, drawing revisions, and engineering changes.
• Support manufacturing teams with electrical design and wiring-related technical issues.
• Coordinate with global/offshore engineering teams and provide technical guidance and training.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable ANSI, IEEE, UL, IEC, and NEMA standards.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
? Required Skills & Experience:? 10+ years of Electrical Engineering experience
? 10+ years of Medium Voltage (MV) experience – Mandatory
? Strong experience in MV Switchgear / Switchboard Manufacturing
? Experience with MV electrical design and power distribution equipment
? Previous Coordinator / Lead experience
? Strong knowledge of three-line diagrams, schematics, and wiring diagrams
? Experience with power and control circuit wiring
? Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar electrical design tools
? Experience with SAP/ERP systems and engineering BOMs
? Strong knowledge of electrical components, relays, metering, protection devices, terminals, and wire sizing
? Manufacturing-floor technical support and quality inspection experience
? Experience with redlining and engineering drawing revisions
? Strong stakeholder and global team coordination skills
? Preferred:• Experience with E-Base
• ANSI / IEEE / UL / IEC / NEMA standards
• Customer and manufacturing change management
