Job Description:
We are actively seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a full-time assignment of 4 months, with potential extensions. The assignment will start immediately and will predominantly take place in person across various sites within the Hainaut region. The recruited individual will need to be flexible, ready to travel extensively across the region, and must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.

Context:
As part of our strategic initiative focused on efficiency, energy transition, customer orientation, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and social inclusion, our Human Resources Department acts as both a transformative partner and subject. We require a

Senior HR Business Partner to:
Support crucial cultural evolution and facilitate the acquisition and development of future competencies.
Evolve within and help the HR function to be recognized as a strategic organizational partner.

Responsibilities:
• Advisory, Assistance, and Coaching: Establish a strong partnership with managers and employees, serving as a primary liaison in all HR matters.
• Strategic Communication: Participate in team meetings, provide regular HR updates, and assist managers in implementing HR policies and understanding their business impacts.
• Decision Support and Compliance: Advise on decision-making that promotes employee satisfaction and equity while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Required Profile:
• Experience: Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner, including managing HR projects and leading change initiatives.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of HR processes such as talent management, performance management, and organizational design.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term visions based on organizational strategy.
• Analytical and Innovative Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, with a structured and precise approach, combined with an innovative and proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Effective collaboration with various stakeholders, demonstrating leadership qualities and the ability to influence and propose impactful solutions.

Mission Information:
• Duration: Expected duration of the mission is less than 1 year.
• Working Days: 5 days per week, primarily onsite.
