Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Dell EMC PowerScale and PowerEdge solutions for our customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on the implementation of our products.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and implement Dell EMC PowerScale and PowerEdge solutions for customers
* Provide expert guidance on the implementation of PowerScale and PowerEdge products
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Conduct site visits to assess customer infrastructure and provide recommendations for implementation
* Develop and deliver training to customers on the use and configuration of PowerScale and PowerEdge products
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PowerScale and PowerEdge products
* Stay up-to-date with the latest product features and enhancements
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
* 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Dell EMC PowerScale and PowerEdge solutions
* Strong knowledge of PowerScale and PowerEdge products, including architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to travel extensively to customer sites
* Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
* Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and architecture
* Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
* Experience with cloud-based solutions and virtualization technologies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Strong customer service skills and ability to provide excellent customer support
