Responsibilities
Analyze and gather business requirements related to time management and workforce management processes.
Consult, design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Time Off, and Employee Central solutions.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
Support data migration and integration into existing HR system landscapes.
Conduct workshops, end-user training sessions, and key-user enablement programs.
Plan and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support go-live preparation, deployment, hypercare, and continuous system improvements.
Must Haves
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking, from initial client consultation through go-live.
Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Tracking, and Time Off.
Strong knowledge of configuring Business Rules and MDF (Metadata Framework) Objects.
Excellent consulting and communication skills, combined with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently in a structured and customer-focused manner.
Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
Nice to Haves
Experience in international SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
Knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management or comparable Workforce Management solutions.
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central and/or Time Management.
