IT Technical Project Manager with Azure Cloud and O365 and Network Infrastructure Services with proven multiple migrations 7+ years' experience.
Multiple & RECENT Project Management experience in Merger's integration projects O365 (Teams, Exchange Online, One-Drive), Wintel Azure SCCM, EUC, Network, Service Desk (ServiceNow to Remedy), Telecoms Cisco Core and Wireless deployments.
Technically you should come from and possess broad IT Systems knowledge Agile SCRUM or similar methodology desirable with an end-to-end view of entire integration.
You must have experience with leading and driving teams of technical consultants and engineers to document high level designs and translating into integrated project plans and mapped interdependencies.
Must have Experience with international multi-site systems integration required. Able to translate "As Is" "To Be" design changes into Change management and Communication plans.
Have experience in developing and managing Change Management and communication plans; ability to influence adoption of change with driven mindset to ensure plans and milestones are met.
Proven ability implementing and delivering new technology projects ranging in size and complexity within an enterprise environment.
Managed global teams with AGILE Prince 2 PMP with 10+ years' experience. You should be a credible and confident PM highly pragmatic personable with a hands-on approach to Project Management - this is not purely strategic/supervisory in nature.
International Multi-site IT Services Integration Project experience of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Critical Path Analysis, KPI s, PM Frameworks, Risk Analysis, Status/Management Reporting, Project Planning Forecasting, Finances etc.
Able to influence and build key relationships/partnerships and have managed governance meetings (ie project boards, steerco) as C level.
