A leading financial organisation who specialises in fleet management is currently seeking an experienced Java Developer to join their team on a 6 month daily rate contract basis.The successful Java developer will be a member of the Application Maintenance and Development team. You will be responsible for the development, maintenance and support of Java-centric applications
The role as the Senior Java Developer:
- High quality Java Software Development
- Specifying changes and implementing changes
- Participate in technical design and code reviews
- Assisting business users to ensure software runs with optimal performance
You're Skills
- 5+ years of Java/J2EE development applications
- Experience with J2EE Frameworks i.e. spring and Struts
- Experience with J2EE application Servers Tomcat, JBOSS
- Solid knowledge if Object-Orientated concepts, design patterns and UML
- Knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, CSS and XML
- Familiar with Oracle
